Classification & principles:


1. According to the heating method, it is divided into water jacket type and electric heating film type.

1) The water jacket type is to heat the liquid layer wrapped around the periphery and then heat the inside. The temperature rises slowly, but it can maintain the internal temperature constant for a long time and maintain the stable culture of the sample.

2) The electric heating film type directly heats the inside of the box through the electric heating film attached to the inner wall. The heating is relatively rapid and the inside can reach the required temperature in a short time.

2. According to the temperature control mode, it is divided into automatic constant temperature adjustment type (mechanical type) and computer intelligent control type (program control type).

1) The automatic thermostatic temperature control device is mostly "metal plate". That is, a metal sheet with a large coefficient of thermal expansion is made into a spiral shape. One end of the metal sheet is fixed on the inner wall of the box chamber, and the other end is provided with a movable contact. The two contacts are closed under normal temperature. After the power supply is turned on, the temperature in the box will rise, the metal sheet fixed here will be heated and expanded, the bending degree will change, the contact at the other end will leave, the circuit will be cut off, the heating will be stopped, and the temperature will drop. To a certain extent. The spiral metal sheet is restored to its original state, and the two contacts contact again to connect the circuit and start heating. In this way, the circuit is on and off, and the constant temperature in the box is maintained.

2) Microcomputer PID controller is mostly used as the control unit of computer intelligent control type, and thermal sensor is used as the thermometer to digitally display the set value and measured value, thus forming a complete control system. The measured temperature is obtained by the thermometer of the system. The controller makes a decision and responds through an output device. The controller obtains the measured result from the thermometer, and then subtracts the measured result from the set result to obtain the error. Finally, the error is used to calculate a correction value for the system as the input result, so that the system can eliminate the error from its output result and ensure the stability of the temperature in the box, It is the mainstream temperature control mode of incubator.

3. According to the cultivation environment, it is divided into ordinary incubator, carbon dioxide incubator, three gas / low oxygen incubator and anaerobic incubator.
