1. Before collecting DNA samples, within 30 minutes of collecting saliva DNA samples, do not chew food, drink tea, alcohol, smoke, chewing gum, etc. Relax your cheeks before spitting, rubbing gently for 30 seconds, and spit out saliva. 2. Gently spit out the saliva secreted in the oral cavity to the collection port of the saliva collector, and pay attention to not too much foam in the saliva sampled;

3. collect saliva until the saliva in the sampling tube reaches the scale shown in 2ml;

4. Fix the sampling tube containing the preservation solution evenly on the sampling port. The fixed type will make a clicking sound. At the same time, if the preservation solution evenly flows into the sampling tube, it means that the cover is closed. Otherwise, gently open the lid of the sampling tube and inject the preservation solution evenly;

5. Turn the DNA saliva collector up and down evenly, shake it enough, and confirm that the liquid reaches the 4ml mark, and the sampling is complete.
