Method of using ESR test rack：

1. Collect venous blood standard with 120MM vacuum ESR tube and complete the collection according to the standard requirements.

2. Immediately mix the blood samples and reverse 180 degrees 6 to 8 times, so that the anticoagulant and blood are fully mixed, to avoid improper mixing resulting in hemolysis, hypochdoubt or blood bubbles, which will affect the test results.

3. The ESR tube with specimens was vertically fixed on the ESR rack, and the starting time and corresponding serial number were recorded. The mm of erythrocyte sedimentation was read after 30 minutes at room temperature at about 20℃.

The specific reading method is as follows: settle to the specified time, align the concave surface of plasma in the ESR tube with the zero scale line on the ESR rack and fix it well. Then, read the value of the upper end of red blood cells aligned with the scale line on the ESR rack.
