Stainless steel soleplate with silicagel cushion on, which will avoid any noise or breakage when the ESR tube being placed.

Precautions:

1: The erythrocyte sedimentation rack should be placed on a stable operation table, and the adjustment knob on the bottom plate should be used to adjust the level before operation.

2: The sedimentation process of the erythrocyte sedimentation tube is vertical, and the inclination angle should not exceed 3° to avoid large deviation of the detection data.

3: The room temperature environment is 20C+/-5℃, and the detection time is 30 minutes+/-2 minutes.

Instructions:

1. Put the ESR detector on the level place.

2. Use the ESR tube to collect the blood and mix well. (Turn over 6-7times)

3. Put the tube upright on the ESR detector. The tube blue graduation line is flush with the rack top.

4. Wait for 30mins, align the plasma concave in the ESR tube to the zero scales of the ESR detector, read the data by aligning the upper surface of the erythrocyte to the scale on the ESR detector.
