Instructions:

1. Before the test, use the erythrocyte sedimentation rate test tube (built-in 3.8% sodium citrate additive) to collect a certain amount of blood sample, and fully mix it with the additive in time, and place it on the horizontal Widman's ESR rack.

2. Insert the piston end of the ESR tube slowly and vertically downwards into the erythrocyte sedimentation rate test tube. The seal between the piston and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate test tube causes the blood sample to rise slowly along the ESR tube and accurately reach the "0" mark, stop the operation.

Note: In order to ensure the accuracy of the readings, it is necessary to ensure that the ESR tube is in contact with the bottom of the ESR test tube, and the ESR tube is kept upright on the Wei's ESR rack.

3. After standing for 1 hour, observe the plasma height in the ESR tube, and report the erythrocyte sedimentation value in millimeters of red blood cell sinking.

4. Safety protection should be done during the operation. After the test is completed, blood samples and consumables should be properly handled to prevent pollution to people and the environment.
