ESR Pipette Tube which is used for ESR detection, 3.8% sodium citrate solution was added into the tube. The ratio of blood to additives was 4:1, and the blood collection sequence could not be used as the first blood collection. After blood collection, the blood should be reversed and mixed 5-6 times, and the samples should be mixed before the experiment.
